Sorry if this has been asked before but couldn't find an answer on the forums so far -

I just bought the NWN Diamond edition off Gamestop (a digital copy) and Diamond is supposed to include the premium modules, but although they're listed on the menu, if I load one the system says

"error 110623 - Authentication of this
premium neverwinter nights module has failed..." and gives a support site
address that redirects to EA support. Then it starts in demo mode.

While trying to find an answer I've seen lots of people saying Diamond's the only version that doesn't need to authenticate each time... I also found someone on another site with the same question but no answer. So confused!

Any help would be much appreciated.

Try downloading the mods from Bioware directly and following the advice in this thread.

I have not tried this recently, but may give it a go next time I'm at HQ.

winterjasmine: I am having the same problem with my gamestop version. Were you able to get the premium modules to work by downloading the installer versions off bioware's forum link? This is the link for those who can't find it http://social.biowar...9/index/4746466
