Is there anyway to finish this quest? Because i accidently did both
quest for the both side and no one want to talk to me and im stuck. Is
bioware gonna release a patch to fix this glitch because i know many
have trouble with this and i dont want to restart after playing 30

I think that might be the problem you did both sets of quests. I sort of did the same thing, I did all of Bhelens quests and then decided to give Harrowmont the crown. Now the "A Paragon of Her Kind" quest doesn't end. However I kept playing and still got the dwarves to side with me.



Moral of the stroy is just because the quest is there doesn't mean you have to do it. Both Harrowmont's and Behlen's quests pop up, but you select which side until the end then you can decide if you want to switch sides.

The option to kill Jarvia hasn't been presented to you? That's the only way you can access the deep roads to fulfill the Orzammar's quests. You need to kill her on behalf of Bhelen or Harrowmont ... if that option isn't available after you completed the tasks you might have a problem. If you have a gamesave from a prior save point before you completed both sides requests, I suggest you use it.  I have had to do this little trick a few times myself. 

If not I honestly I don't know what to tell you.

Honestly, I don't think it will allow you to go further. Did you try to go back to either the Royal Palace or to Horrowmonts Residence? To see if either Horrowmont or Bhelen, hopefully they will allow you to trigger the Jarvia quest. If not then leave the Orzammar area completely and retrun. I don't know another way to gain access to the Deep Roads.

You're absolutely sure you don't even have a save prior to finishing the last quest of either Horrowmont or Bhelen.
