This seems the right forum as there are many others making requests,
so mine is to actually look at the 3d performance enough to eliminate
any obvious artifacts.
Maybe I'm one of the few to play these games in 3d (nvidia 3d vision on
pc), but as games have gone away from DX9, 3d performance seems to
be getting worse--at least the helix mods did a good job of fixing any DX9
issues and have less luck in DX11.
In Dragon age, Origins worked well in 3d but dragon age 2 had a terrible sky
that made it almost unplayable (to me) in 3d--if enough effort was made to
at least fix the sky 3d would have added quite a bit to 2. It would be nice if
3 at least avoided such issues.
So I'm probably in a very small minority that tries to play in 3d, but let me
add that I think it does add something. In Bioware games, I expecially
thought 3d added a lot to ME1 and 2. In ME1, it bought the sheer size of areas
such as the Citadel into focus and 2, with all the holograms and slow
moving rockets zipping by your head, was also fun.

3D's an expensive technology for games, and more often than not, it doesn't work well. While you may think it's great, I don't think too many others would like 3D features. It may be a sidenote to Bioware, though, that they'll work on pre-release.
