It sounds like a tactical fighting game without much story or lore.  100 characters/creatures to collect, and apparently more from Inquisition will be added later.

I was pleasantly surprised to the turnout for some demonstrations of this game at the BioWare base during PAX.

It isn't really my cup of tea (I rarely play mobile games in any capacity), but a good number of people showed up to discuss it.

Right now I believe it's just iOS and Android, but I am just going based on memory of the presentations.
