...Nothing seems to work, I had the avatar of the first ever charactar I created for DAO but that's it.
Can anyone tell me what it is that I need to do?

I got my avatar after uninstalling the game, deleting all dragon age files after a search of my files/folders and unregistering my DA games on BSN.
No idea why that helped though.
