I liked Jolee and Ice Queen Viconia.
HK-47 and Canderous were also bros but I preferred them in KotOR 2, which isn't a BioWare game (I liked the clever comic relief HK-47 provided in KotOR 2, while I liked how Canderous' character developed in KotOR 2).
Jan Jansen deserves a mention. Annoying as hell, but his interactions/banters with the other party members were gold at times (though I do use the banter pack).
As for best antagonist, shame KotOR 2 again doesn't count, as Kreia would win by the length of the Atlantic Ocean.

~30 hours is short in my opinion, at least for a RPG. This is the same category we're talking about that DAO, etc. belongs to. And DAO vanilla is like ~45 hours.
I just want more crazy awesome Kungfu RPG!
