Hey guys,
In our group we try to keep the game interesting by posting challenges on a regular basis.
Those include team challenges both on Gold and Platinum, and also Gold/Plat duos and solos.
Similar to Prestacious' weekly themed Gold solo challenge or the challenges Alliance Hazard Force has done.
After talking to quite a few people about the old N7 weekend challenges, it became pretty clear that basically all of us really liked Operation Lodestar the most.
Which is why we, as a group, want to do something like that again - as a challenge, with the community, just to have fun and play with people we haven't played with. Especially since more and more people are losing their interest in this game, it would be great if the people who are still playing keep playing together. This is what the operation is for.
We're gonna use this thread to post whenever some of us are online and want to play -
so feel free to post in here when you are online and playing and I'll add you to the OP.

Operation Lodestar: Pt.II
- Platinum difficulty
- Games will be set to Unknown/Unknown (though PS3 will probably rotate through enemies)
- Each game will have 2 Spectres and 2 non-Spectres or 1 Spectre and 3 non-Spectres
- Mission successful and sub 25/20 minutes is our goal
- Each extraction will count towards your respective platform, in the end we will see which platform has done the most Platinum extractions
- Deadline: September 1st, 23:59pm PDT (UTC-7)
So, if you want to play Platinum with some of our group members, feel free to post here.
It doesn't matter if you are a veteran and would just like to play with a few of those people (they're really great) - or if you have never played Platinum. Just like the original N7 weekend challenge this is just to play, have fun, extract and make a few credits.
Community members playing with other community members, feel free to play whatever you like, ask questions and have a great time. You also don't need a mic if you don't want to.
We are going to rotate a lot if interest is high enough, but we want to play at least 3 games with everyone who's interested.
Yeah, it's a pretty awesome idea. The spectres would basically play with anyone as a challenge and it really helped me get a taste of how to play platinum back when I was a scrub. Of course, I'm still a scrub nowadays anyway...IllusiveManJr wrote...
