After years of collecting dust, I pulled out my NWN2 install and MotB install and only was able to find my NWN key (at this point). No worries I though, I registered them and stored the keys on Bioware's website, I'm covered I thought. To my dismay, nothing of mine from the old Bioware seemed to make it other than my alias. Bioware told us to keep the keys on their system, it was the best way to retain access and to not lose them. But apparently several years ago EA had come in like a bat outa' hell and trampled over everything, nice. So I ask the community, how can I recover my key for MotB? My NWN + expansions, Baulders Gate 2 + expansions, NWN2 + expansions were all stored on Biowares site!!!!
Where are my NWN/NWN2 Keys!

I'm afraid it's bad news. Pretty much nothing survived the change from the original Bioboards to the Bioware Social Network. All the old posts are gone, too, with all the information and resources they had in them. There's no way to even tell this system that you own the Balder's Gate games or NWN, and they're not supported here (hence many members putting their owned games in their sig). They give us forums to discuss them, and that's it. Many have asked to recover their serial numbers that were stored on the Bioboards, and I've never seen any good result from it.
All you can do is either find your serial numbers physically, or find a computer that still has your copy of the game installed on it, and find the text file that contains the keys, and copy them from there.

I didn't see you mention Storm of Zehir, which is needed to play most of the modules released within the last few years and to play most PWs. May as well head over to gog.com (if you can) and get the NWN2 complete, which includes Mysteries of Westgate. Well worth $20.

Maybe you have your old HD hidden somewhere with the keys still on it? It's called "nwncdkey.ini"
There is "D&D Anthology: Neverwinter Nights Complete", which included NWN for $30
Good luck

Thanks all! I am sure I have saved the keys in a txt file somewhere, but sifting through many years of files and old cd-backups is time consuming (but fun going down memory lane). $20 sounds well worth it. I love the BG and NWN series, I hope to see more in the future!
