That's my impression after seeing the DA:I footage from the conference.
That concept art for possible Inquisitor looks was awesome, as was the "Agents" revelation.

New agents system confirmed. It seems like Assassin's Creed series one - you have agents at your disposal, you can send them on missions. Pretty vague as for now, but it's there.

EDIT: It seems customization options in DA:I will be VAST. A lot of concepts of Inquisitor's armory.

Also, they said that we're gonna have freedom in how we play... does that mean something like Arcane Warriors are coming back?

I think i saw an "inquisitor" that could have something like mage-plate, in those concept arts.

Or it's just my imagination.

Omg...all those new scenes. I was trying to take in as much as possible. The Flemeth-looking-dragon was all over the place and the armour options were very vast and likeable.

The moral choice example was classic bioware. Want to save a village or burn it?

Hopefully there are some more qualifiers than that in the choices.

The new footage looked great though.

That was actually pretty nice. There weren't many recycled images in it. Was cool to see the character creator, Inquisitor mock-ups, and hear about the new agent system. Wonder how that will apply to followers... Can followers work as agents when they aren't questing with the Inquisitor, or are agents completely separate characters who work for you? Food for thought.
