Think Leli will be an agent of the Divine. Considering you're not working for her (at least by default), I don't think she'll be a companion.

If the warden depicted is a general prototype and not a companion, then could the Warden be an rogue? I am thinking the Wardens must train Archers? They do need a Templar type - be it Cullen or Evangeline... I think Leliana will be an npc.

The current Divine is anything but orthodox. In the book Asunder, she wanted to fined a way to reverse the process of making a mage a Tranquil in order to help claim tensions with the mages. Her unorthodox was is part of the reason why the templars split from the chantry. The other being that she had Leliana help a tower of Mages escape custody.

Hmm, It would be interesting if she was turned into an actual character however being in the leaked marketing survey doesn't mean much since its no garanteed shes an companion.

If all the rumors are true does that mean Sera is the only elf? and are there any other dwarf companions?

It just seems like there are allot of humans unless I am mistaken about the races of some of the rumored and survey leak companions.

I think Iron Bull and Sera are in but for Magister Dorian Pavus and Cole we don´t have another
evidence. I think therefore is more likely that Cole was cut as companion because he didn´t work well than Dorian.
And yes for me is Leliana still a companion.

Has anyone ever thought, if the Iron Bull is a companion, he might be a rogue? The description says he's not what one would expect from a qunari. That would make 3 warriors, 3 rogues and two mages possible the 9th companion could be that male Elf in the background of the map stabbing pic.
But that leaves fancy facial hair guy. Who was also in the surveys, if he is Dorian, then that Mysterious Elf guy could be another Mage. Or The Elf guy is Dorian and no clue who Fancy Facial hair guy is if he isn't a Mage. Could be a arcane Mage, the "trident" could be a staff.
Just speculation.
Cause speculating is fun.

I know but i still think it her.  She was therefore the one who "changed signficantly" from the leak comcept.
