And don't make me start about metal shard the size of a sand grain flying so awesomely fast omgomg!!!
Have fun!

So that wasn't really the Normandy's crash site?erezike wrote...

Yeah, that's part of the point of the discussion though. Shepard shouldn't be mostly intact. She's falling from a height great enough that we can see the curvature of Alchera's surface, starting at whatever speed the Normandy us travelling at, which is probably really fast.
the normandy is travelling at a very high speed. but the normandy isnt flying into the planet. shepard is being pulled by the planet gravity which will be the speed of his entry. it will take a very high speed in order to burn away his armor.
in order to persume he will be turned into paste, we need to know the speed of his entry and the tempeture capabilities of his suit.

If you knew as much science as you are trying to appear to know then you would know that a single counterexample would prove you wrong, and would refrain from making such sweeping over generalisations.
Thank you for your enlightening words!

Name one what? One science? They got plenty of "sciences" correctly. The visible red and blue shift on the Normandy when it's in FTL is correct in all 3 games.

Of course, bioware can tell us exactly what visual effects we can experience in faster than light flight. Just out of curiosity, can you post a link to a video of what exactly are you reffering to?

Look at any loading screen when traveling to a different star system on the galaxy map.

No they didn't. They said that Dextro-amino acids can't mix with Levo-amino acids. Can we at least have real complaints here?Darth Brotarian wrote...

The problem: Humanity isn't genetically diverse at all. About 75,000 years ago there was a supervolcano eruption that greatly altered Earth's climate, and nearly caused our species to go extinct. Humanity may have declined to as few as 3,000 individuals. This created a genetic bottleneck, and as a result we are one of the least genetically diverse species on Earth.
Having humanity be the most genetically diverse space-faring civilization in the Milky Way is rather silly, when we aren't even close to being the most genetically diverse species on our own planet.

Vorcha are vorcha
Krogan are scarce
Quarians killed into the millions
Batarians are...don't really have an excuse for that but they are clearly all the same from what we've seen.
Turians, same.
If anything though, it should be the Salarians, but they needed to explain human adaptability in their way I guess.

You might have a point about the Krogan and the Quarians, as their species were both severely reduced in number in recent history. The same also applies to the Drell, who weren't mentioned.
As for the Asari , they are monogendered but that doesn't mean they aren't genetically diverse. The lore states that their method of reproduction somehow randomizes genetic sequences to produce unique individuals, rather than clones. Its all Sci Fi mumbo jumbo of course, but within the lore there is no reason to expect that the Asari would be any less diverse than a human.
Batarians and Turians might look the same, but that's only because of limitations in designing character models for a video game. Even so genetic diversity isn't determined by the human eye being able to distinguish two members of a different species from each other. There are many species of insects that are many times more genetically diverse than we are, yet if you were shown to wholly unrelated individuals of that species that were around the same size, they'd look completely identical to you.
