I simply want my money back for the content I have "pre-paid" for,
like RTO, and can't find any way to get it handled on any of the
BioWare websites. Just so It is clear, I am speaking ony of the BioWare Points, not the disck purchased retail. I am on a PC, if that makes any difference.
I would be grateful for an answer from someone who KNOWS, as in a BioWare employee.
If there needs to be a reason given then I'll be happy to do so via PM or e-mail or what ever the excepted media is.
