I'm not sure where else to put this, so I put it here in General Discussion.

Anyway, I bought the Mass Effect Trilogy for $20 digitally from gamestop.
(Here's a link if any of you are interested http://www.gamestop....-trilogy/105548)
And I was wondering what are the best face texture/customization mods that some of you use for ME2 & 3.
I've already gotten the ME1 texture mod and MEHEM for ME3. What other good mods are there?
I've checked the modding group pages, but they aren't organized too well and I don't really want to sift through all of the files.

Also, I prefer playing as a MaleShep. If there are really good mods for FemShep and you really think I should play as a FemShep, you can recommend those mods too.

First thought upon seeing the thread's title: "someone's going to say MEHEM". Skims first reply: yep, MEHEM. Reads OP: ah, he already mentions MEHEM.
My brain is having a momentary over-exposure to that acronym :P edit: MEHEM creator posts immediately afterwards? *brain explodes*

Anyway, you mention group pages, but have you checked out the Fan Creations subforum? I don't know how the group pages are organised, so can't really compare, but it might be an easier way to sift through what's available :)
I can't personally recommend any, though. The only one I've tried for ME3 was MEHEM and it was alright. I came close to using Ottemis' texture improvements (link), until I realised I was too lazy to look into how to make it work. There's also smarteck's mod, but again, I haven't tried either of them, so don't know which is better. Skim the pages, maybe you'll find something else of interest :)

Happy mod-applying!

There are quite a few great texture mods.
Antarius is currently putting together a compilation from a couple of different sources.
I am not sure when it was last updated but there is also this compilation of coalesced mods for more outfits, weapons, damage mods, etc.
I am also using the Ashley Combat Bun mod. Much better with that, IMO.
If you have the DLC, I also recommend one of the mods that changes the Ajax armor to N7 textures. Otherwise, just go through the Fan Creations Forum a bit to check out what's there.
Also, since you say that you are using MEHEM, you could also try the Citadel Epilogue Mod

Holy crap, all the text on the mod pages give me a headache. Thanks for the suggestions!
And MrFob, the Ashley Combat Bun mod is definitely one mod I'm downloading. Thanks!

I prefer things you can actually use in-game instead of just sitting and watching long blank scenes and bad voice-overs.

like all the singleplayer/dlc/collector's weapons you can unlock with a simple Coalesced tweak :), as well as a bunch of casual outfits......just for starters.

I tweak the Coalesced to make shields actually useful.

Hoodie mods - http://social.biowar...m/project/8838/

I really like the gray Alliance hoodie mod (now if someone could make it available for Ashley...)

Can you link a good site for teaching how to tweak the coalesced?
