I finally maxed all my Rare weapons, now I just need to get my Ultra Rares done. All my Weapon Mods and Gear are maxed as well. Standing at 403 hrs and 1221 games played. I feel like I'm so close to a maxed manifest, yet so far at the same time. For now I will just be excited that my Rares are done.

So what pack would you buy if you were in my postion? I'm guessing Premium Spectre Packs are the way to go.

You still have a while to go honestly. I would probably ballpark guess around 250 to 300 hours more looking at the amount of URs you still have to unlock (that # also varies by difficulty you play and how fast you complete games).

Personally I went with PSPs when going for URs, but I don't think it really matters since I am pretty sure the drop rate is the same across each pack. You do have a chance for double UR packs with some, but they also cost more credits and a dry spell means more "wasted" credits.

I went with Spectre Packs. Reason being I didn't have to buy any Jumbo Packs after that.

I've got some bad news for you OP, maxing your rares does not improve your chance of getting URs, at all. It just gets replaced with level IV ammos.

Enjoy those 600 more hours.

Sorry to rain on your parade OP, but 53/210 URs is nowhere near to complete as you think. Prepare yourself for the horde of level 4 consumables while you keep spending money at the troll store.

I'm at 802 hours and 2659 games played and I'm nowhere near maxing my manifest, my beloved CSMG has been stuck at level VI for maybe eight months, I mean my bloody BPP is at level X and it was the last weapon Bioware ever released, where's the logic in that! I've still not even got the paladin heavy pistol at all!

I maxed it a couple of weeks ago. I bought PSP and SP. It took me a year and a half to get a fabled double UR PSP. I got 3 in total. I must admit I was really lucky with the UR drop the last 3 months. I think the game is trying to tell me something, like "go play something else you fool".

If all your Weapons, Gears, Mods and Characters are maxed then what I did was just buy JEP and Arsenal Packs. PSP will drop blue character cards instead of level 3 cons from time to time. With the exception of UR character cards I've not had those from AP. If you're no longer promoting they are just a waste.

I have been lucky overall with my drop rate, normally I get 1-2 per million spent but I have had some big gaps. 28 with nothing was the worst but I've had 8 out of 16 as well.

With 880 hours I have just 2 left for my Spitfire.

Edit: Double UR I've had at least 12, 4 in the last 3 weeks

This is probably why half of BSN has to sacrifice baby quarians and asari virgins. You sir, are freaking lucky and siphon the luck from the RNG store.

I think my manifest is close to yours at 186 hours (playing pretty much only plat). With 60-70 URs for every 200 hours.. I'm gonna be at this for a while unless I get lucky somehow lol

Though I don't really care about maxing my manifest. Having fun anyway.

If you play mostly gold I'd give it another 300 to 400 hours.

I'm in the same boat Akire. Just about to get all my rares, but WAY off getting a maxed manifest. Not to be a downer, but I've long since given up on that goal and just enjoy the game for what it is. Still, if you've got patience to play another 600hrs, then more power to you. ; )

This is one of the bigger problems with the store. If a player has every single rare item in the game maxed out, the UR drop rate should increase. Not to the point where you're getting one every other pack, mind you, but as I meet more and more people whose store troubles rival prostheticlimbs', I realize just how stupid RNG is.

I *felt* I was doing best when I bought Spectre packs. Of course, I didn't do stats or anything, but regardless of whether I actually got more URs with SPs vs PSPs, I was more *satisfied* with my SP buying experience. The placebo effect still does good even if it's only in our heads.

I'm afraid I have to echo the "you have a long way to go" comments...
I was at a similar level, and I'm still going with double the hours played.
The best advice I can give is get good friends and enjoy the ride.

I played bronze for many hundreds of hours, though, so you will likely be faster.

I'm at 946 hours and 2869 games and I still have 4 URs to max. The last 4 they released. As they are only at levels III-V I still need 24 UR cards to be done.

SP's didn't work for me and PSP had too many wasted kit cards.  AP were the winner for me hands down.  Good for respec cards as well.
