Less than 100 left for me.

The path ahead is nothing but frustration and the ultimate test of patience.

I have over 1100 hours in and I still do not have all the URs maxed out. Just maxed out the Talon and the Hurricane yesterday (thank the maker). I wish my PPR and Harrier were maxed out (alas they stand at VIII). Hang in there.

Finally maxed it just now! It took 1168h 10min 39sec.

I played bronze for many hundreds of hours, though, so you will likely be faster.

Damn thought I was going to beat you to it.  Congratz

Well, you'll definitely beat me, sabre.

@Shinobu: Congratulations.

OT: I'm in a similar situation, it's just that I don't have so much UR's left.
Not really sure, what to buy but I guess I'll buy some more SP's than PSP's next time.
Let's see how this is going...

Thanks, guys!

GuyBlade's manifest completion page (now sadly not working as he is moving) calculated my UR/Hr to be 0.15 for most of my career (Bronze->Gold, mostly bought PSP and Reserve packs). When I started playing more plat and switched to buying SPs in the past month or so the drop rate increased enough to bring my total average up to 0.18 UR/Hr. In the past few weeks it was not uncommon for me to get 1-3 UR/day. I probably spent 1-2 million per day. Again, it's purely anecdotal and may just be due to my earning more credits/hour, but I'm satisfied with how things turned out.

Actually, I found maxing my manifest slightly anticlimactic and saddening. I'm going to miss the joy of getting little presents from the troll store.

I used to stick to SP and PSP. I went an entire couple of weeks with only one Wraith update.

I started trying this, and so far it's been successful:

1) Wait for the "NEW" flashing text next to store (it's not always there)
2) Save 360,000 credits (well, 357,000 but let's not nit-pick)
3) purchase 1 Arsenal pack, 1 Recruit pack, 1 Premium Spectre Pack and 1 Spectre Pack

With my experience, chances are you'll get at least one UR. The last three times I tried this got results 2/3 times and one of the successful runs gave me 2 x URs.

Give that a go. Now I know this stuff works off a random number generator so if anyone has any reason why my method may just be luck, I don't doubt it. I'm going to continue trying this out.

Good luck with the URs. I wish I could import my URs from my XBOX profile (I still don't have the Talon on PC and my Cerb. Harrier is only at level I).

Thanks for all the great suggestions, will definitely give them a try!

I'm aware I still have a long way to go. Hearing so doesn't make me feel depressed or anything. I only started working on maxing my manifest last month and had lots of Rares still needed.

I feel like I've made pretty good progress so far.  ^_^

If you have all appearance options unlocked Arsenal packs will not drop character cards. I never promote and never see character cards, no loss there.

I like to close my eyes and hit "A" when I hear the pack open. That way, I don't realize how many credits I wasted.

So what pack would you buy if you were in my postion? I'm guessing Premium Spectre Packs are the way to go.

Spectre Packs. A few Jumbo now and then. That's all you will need.

Edit: Double UR I've had at least 12, 4 in the last 3 weeks

I've had a double UR only once! The other 208 UR dropped one by one.
12 Doubles is absurd. I wonder if the rest of this page combined had this many.

If you play mostly gold I'd give it another 300 to 400 hours.

If you play mostly Plat, Sir.
I started the countdown to max my manifest from the last 94 UR. It took me 244 hours of pure Platinum, around 600 games.
OP has just maxed his Rares, I assume he needs 130+ UR. That's easily 300+ hours of Platinum. It's painful, but that's the reality.

I miss going to the end of every pack looking forward to see a black card. The game doesn't feel the same anymore...

I just need 2 more CSMG upgrades until mine is maxed. Would have had it by now if my 360 didn't crap out on me.:crying: I'm standing at 1450 hours and 3948 games played. EDIT: Forgot to add, you will accumulate a TON of level IV consumables along the way to maxing out your manifest. Buying in bulk along with the odd Spectre pack here and there worked for me. No more no less for 3 million per bulk purchase. Netted about 4 to 7 URs per bulk purchase. Which for 3 million is doing pretty good. It's ultimately your choice op on how you spend your credits. Bottom line, it's luck of the draw for the most part.

You will have some luck when you get a few UR cards here and there and otherwise will be getting a lot of lvl IV consumables.

I will actually be happy to get more high level consumables. I have very few at the moment. :pinched:

Here's a tip: don't bother saving your money and buying packs in bulk, it makes no difference at all, feel free to go ahead and spend your money as soon as you earn it.

The good thing now is that you'll start to accumulate a large quantity of level 4 ammo, cyclonic and power amplifiers. It's a long road from the this point all the way to a maxed manifest, but the great thing is all the equipment you pick up along the way.

I've still got a long way to go (especially on the Spitfire and BPP). Since I've only got weapons left; I've had the most success in a mix of regular Spectre Packs and Arsenal Packs.

I know that it's different luck for everyone with the RNG store, but personally I've had terrible luck with PSPs - they've just been a complete waste of credits.

Good luck Image IPB

Although it's a long road ahead to maxing your UR's after the Rare's, atleast you pick up lots of Level IV equipment on the way.

I maxed mine about three weeks ago. I actually kind of miss the suspension of opening a pack and wondering if a shiny black card will pop up...

Keep playing, you'll get there eventually. :)

I'm coming up to 700 hours and still don't have some of the URs. Though I did unlock the Lancer the other day and got three straight Hurricane upgrades. Those were all in the Arsenal pack.

I've unlocked all the characters, just need to get them all fully levelled.

Not been having much luck with regards to Armor/Ammo/Weapon mods though. They are very thin on the ground.

Since making this thread I have not gotten any weapon upgrades, just mostly IV equipment (been buying Arsenal and Jumbo packs).

This is gonna be a slow process indeed.

Try alternating psp and arsenals. Once in a while a specter or 2 wouldn't be a bad thing.

Spectre packs. Spectre packs.
You can buy 2 after every Platinum game and still have some left for an occasional JEP.
By the way, skip Gold and anything below. Make friends - hardcore ones.
You will get up to 15-20 UR a week if you dedicate yourself.
You can thank me later.

Statistically speaking, Premium Spectre Packs still offer you the best odds of getting Ultra-Rares. I averaged about one Ultra-Rare per seven PSP's.

So you need 156 Ultra-Rares still. 156 * 7 = 1092 PSP's.

You can buy roughly 1.5 PSP per Platinum match, so that's 1092 / 1.5 = 728 matches.

Say completing a match takes 30 minutes, you're still looking at 364 hours of playing Mass Effect.

It took me almost 800 hours to max out my manifest, so that sounds about right.
