I wanna get the story dlc for DA2 but I would like it on sale because I am poor.
Does this ever happen?
Will DA2 DLC ever go on sale?

"Sometimes." That's the best answer I can give you.
They were on for really cheap a little while ago.

First? Love your banner, which reflects a lot of my attitudes (Not that I'm planning on replaying ME3 for a while, but at least I'll stop hating on BioWare).
As for the DLC, it depends on platforms- PS3 and 360 have a rare chance of doing it (But on 360 at least EA made Black Emporium free), but on PC I'm just not sure.

I wish Origin had a wish list like Steam so I could just add the DLC to the list and then be notified when it went on sale. I really want to play the DA2 DLC before DA3 comes out, but I'm not going to pay full price for it.

They should release it for free out of the kindness of their hearts and to celebrate Inquisition's upcoming release...

I'm still wondering if BioWare will ever release an Ultimate Edition of Dragon Age II. I already bought all of the DLC for my 360 copy, and I don't want to do that all over again for my future PC copy. By the way, how often does Origin have sales?

Mark said last year that there was no retailer demand for a repackaging and they had no plans to do one.
I think it's a new enough thing that there's no way to really answer this. Apparently, the points or some of the DLC were on sale recently, but in the entire history of Origin, that's only happened one other time that I'm aware of (I specifically remember there being a deal for free or discounted points a couple years ago).CosmicGnosis wrote...

Heh, well this is disappointing.

Still rather ridiculous, but given that the DLC for this game won't go on sale at Origin any time soon, Gamestop has a 25% off coupon code
IMPULSE-BERV-GVJF-WFOT
that applies to Bioware points when purchased on their digital download site.
http://www.impulsedriven.com/
You'll have to redeem the Bioware points codes here
https://social.biowa...redeem_code.php
and then you can buy the DLC in Origin.
(The 25% code also applies to Mass Effect 3 DLC as well, if you've been waiting for that to go on sale.)
Still ridiculous to pay this much for DLC for a game that came out 2011, but better than paying full price, I suppose.

The fact that this game is worth 5 bucks now, and retailers didn't want to stock an "Ultimate Edition" (an indicator of popularity in itself), makes full price DLC absurd.

One way to look at it. The other way is that the game is not popular enough to be worth the effort of putting it on sale.
