Will Mass Effect 2 be shipped in different versions like it was the case for Dragon Age or the game will ship in all countries in a multilanguage version?
Could developers also answer what are the languages which will have both subtitles and VO?
Can we also choose to use English VO while using subtitles in a different language; or when u choose a language it will be applied both to VO and subtitles?

I hope, no pray that I don't have to listen to the German voice actors. No offence, but they just sound so, desynchronized with their lines.

Yes. Better be set language in setup: Original Lang & SUB, Original Lang & Localized SUB, Localized LANG & SUB. All necessary files are also installed, need only set change parameters, but programmers block this function.
In ME1 i can set this settings before install game.
