I re-installed DA2 Yesterday, including all of the DLCs.

Once I entered the game, even if Black Emporium and Sebastian were installed and activated thet didn't appear in the game.

I completed all of the quests of course, so I know I can't go anywhere... but it seemed to me Black Emporium is the only location available anytime, isn't?

Besides Sebastian is the only who doesn't appear on the squad selection screen, even if his quests logs do appear in my diary.

I just want to be sure ALL of my choices are imported to Inquisition, and this odd thing worries me...

Is it the same in your games?

The Black Emporium is just a small location on the Kirkwall map. It has 2 shops, a mirror to change your appearance, and various codex entries, that's all it is.

The earliest Sebastian can join your party is the beginning of Act II.

Legacy and Mark of the Assassin are both started from the momentos in your home.
