Hi!
I have played through Dragon Age origin, and witch hunt and. Leiana song. Not yet "Awakening".

Can anyone help me and explain how to transfer the game with saves and all I need, from an laptop to another PC.

strange, my post disappeared.
Anyway, here are the saves located
C:\\Documents and Settings\\UserXP\\My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\Characters

Like keeneaow said, the svaed games are stored in the "My Documents" folder (which changes location with different Windows versions, but shouldn't be hard to find - though I've never used Windows 8!).  Reinstall your game on the new computer, and the "My Document\\Bioware" folder will be created.  Copying the saved games from one computer to another should then have the svaes show up when you play the game.

Also, if you were playing with an online connection the saves should be saved to your account and automatically download when you connect again.  I use Steam, and when I loaded my Dragon Age: Origins game on a new computer my previous saved games (which were saved on my Steam account) showed up.  I haven't used Origins yet, but I'm assuming it's the same as Steam.

I'm not sure if you still need this info, but I'm sure in the future others will need to know too, and it's always useful to have answers available.
