For DLC I really think we'll eventually see The Aeonar, at least I hope so. Another DLC location I think is a possibility is Gwaren.

Future DLC predictions/wishful thinking:
1. Dragon's Peak.
2. Kocari Wilds
3. Deep Roads
4. Dragon Attacks
5. (space reserved for speculation, after the Expansion comes out and we see what happens in it)
6. More elvish and dwarvish stuff would probably be included in the "Kocari Wilds" and "Deep Roads" DLC.
DA:O 2 predictions/thoughts:
1. (space reserved for speculation, after the Expansion comes out and we see what happens in it)
2. Main protagonist IS Morrigan's child (if a cannon ending is chosen..doubtful, but still..)
3. The Qun/Tevinter lead an invasion of Fereldan, amidst an upsurge in Darkspawn attacks. Time to deal with them both.
4. The Grey Warden Commander is called to Weisupt (however it's spelled), to lead/participate in a multi-national expedition into the Deep Roads.
5. New, younger Grey Warden, having to deal with one of the above, though this time Morrigan's child is a recruitable party member.

Orlais and Tevinter will be in whatever DA2 is called. Orlais Deserves a full blown sequel devoted to it. Especially as to how Lelianna describes some of the Cities. (Don't Forget some nice shoes)

Another thought of what I'd like to see more work on, is mass combat. The Denerim battle is fun, but I can see a few areas for improvement. One would be having upgradeable army units, obviously something that would require more than one mass battle to see much use.
Another would be perhaps a map view, imagine if one could coordinate the battle across all of Denerim, sending units to areas of the city other than where the character was at to try and gain some ground. A chance to engage in some real tactical play.
Would have to set it up right, though. Would want the character's actions to be key to everything, battle results elsewhere could help or hinder but wouldn't take away the PCs central role.

I would like an encounter with Flemeth. What or how would they do this? I have no idea but she is by far one of my favorite characters & it saddens me that she claims we'll never see her again!!!
I agree with a few on here though anything with the Deep Roads would be great, like Shayle's quest! I loved the art style in that section of the Deep Roads. All the bits of light(god rays what ever they are called. haha) peaking in looked amazing.

This whole Korcari Wilds DLC idea seems interesting... It would make a fine DLC no doubt.
I wouldn't be surprised at all if Flemeth had something to do with all the Darkspawn coming from there...

I would love to see a Korcari Wilds like the one depicted in the book! I would pay $20-$25 for 2-3 hours of DLC that was set in the TRUE Korcari Wilds. I understand it would consume a lot of time & other resources so I would gladly pay extra to see a part of the world we didn't get to see in Origins.

Awesome idea. I could imagine a whole set of Archeology dlc. Elven Ruins and the story of Arlathan, More lost Thaigs, ancient Tevinter ruins. All with traps, puzzles and monsters. That was one thing I liked about Warden's Keep, the historical info. Pity there were no interested scholars to give it to.

It is unlikely that any new DLC released would take place outside of Ferelden. Not even the upcoming expansion is introducing any new lands I believe.

I've been thinking about it more and to be honest I am very skeptical that we will get to see other countries in the Dragon Age expansions. Personally I think they could hold off on showing us the other countries until Dragon Age 2.
I mean Amaranthine (from Awakening) is an area just north of Denerim. Maybe this game will expand into Orlais, but remember this expansion is probably only going to be half as big as the main game. So how detailed would any such treatment of Orlais be, considering Amaranthine is in Ferelden as it is. Dragon Age had about 8 major locations. Awakening might have only 4, and one of those is likely to be Amaranthine.
I hope I am wrong though.

Some things I think we'll see:
1. a push into the deep roads. (maybe we're getting older and think its time for our last show down and find a way to control the taint within us)
2. Return of Morrigan
3. Ultimately the black city
Things I would like to see:
1. A return to Highever (Birthplace of Duncan/human noble origin)
2. New race
3. A trip to Tevinter/Orlais/Antiva
4. More Shale. I love Shale. Wish I could ride on her shoulders and go on a pidgeon killing rampage.
5. Trogdor the Burninator (with or without the big beefy arm comming out of his neck)
