This screenshot gives an idea of how bodies will look in the game. It's pre-Alpha, so the skin texture might be made to look a little less plastic by the time the game comes out. As it stands, it's more than good enough for me, but I know some people are fussy about these things.

Tomb Raider 2013 and Far Cry 3 had pretty good realistic skin IMO.

As much as I like realistic graphics, I don't want Dragon Age to look realistic. Dragon Age really just doesn't fit with a realistic art style, if you ask me.

I hope it's more realistic to our character for example, Aveline was a bada** warrior lady right? So why was it that my warrior FemHawke who used the dogs of war (two handed warhammer) had NO MUSCLES at all and Aveline did? Hawke looked the same didn't matter what class you chose.
