It depends on if Morrigan is bringing the OGB with her in DA:I. If the child isn't in DA:I then they can pass it off as the Warden staying home to watch the kid while Morrigan is off doing her work in DA:I.greekmonkey95 wrote...
If Morrigan is in Dragon Age: Inquisition, it would only make sense if the warden is. My warden went through the Eluvian and raised a child with her. If she shows up and they are not together, that wouldn't make too much sense unless he died somehow. He couldn't really be doing warden business because when he walked through the mirror, he kinda left the wardens for his new family. I really hope Morrigan didn't end up just backstabbing my character and leaving him and taking the child.
Now if the OGB is in DA:I then you'd definitely would have some validity to your question I think.

Or are you going to drag along a child when you know the Fade is breached and demons are pouring out?

How selfish! Think about the poor god child. He's not gonna learn how to be a man on his own.canarius wrote...
I agree with the OP. My Warden would never leave Morrigan. And no he can't be taking care of the baby. My Warden is "The Warden", the most badass character in all of Thedas, he defeated the archdemon and Flemeth, he killed Loghain, he ended the blight, he saved all of Thedas. He is not just some babysitter who would take care of the baby while the mommy is in danger.

@iPoohCupCakes sorry, I can't take your comment serious cause of your profile picture. But their is also another question I have. In my third playthrough I was a mage that stabbed her as she went through the portal. She still has the child, but am curious as to how that will play out as well.
I could be a b.itch when I wanna. When I become b.itch then you'll take me seriously.

I will ask my bro Alistair to babysit him

No one. Morrigan left him at home with a guard dog, a bunch of food, and a list of subjects to study while she was gone.greekmonkey95 wrote...
Lets say I didn't walk through the mirror with Morrigan... Who's watching the baby then?

Obviously you don't have kids. Killing the Archdemon? A cake walk compared to trying to calm a screaming baby at 3am.

The warden may have left her later on to find a cure for the taint or some other as yet unknown reason.

I'm sure Alistair can handle that. He has been doing nothing but sit in the palace on his throne all day since I made him King. I'll put him to good use while I'm protecting the baby moma Morrigan.

So no concerns about children being abandoned by their misanthropic mother, nor about a Hero of Ferelden peacefully rotting away in his tomb, or a Warden-Commander who saved an entire city and put an end to the threat of intelligent Darkspawn (for now).
Nope, all my Inquisitor will have to do on that front is finishing what the Warden-Commander started. Rather liberating not to have to worry that the writers are going to run roughshod over my non-existent head cannon, or make my dead character act in some fashion counter to how I played him.

Morrigan is a big girl, OP. Pretty sure she can run around Thedas unsupervised.

Makes no sense to me but to each his own.
Bioware never intended the warden to continue in games past DAO and its dlcs.
So where the warden is now is irrelevant .
Maybe someday Bioware will allow us to learn the warden and Hawke's fates.

On the other hand many Wardens, mine included, who did choose to pursue Morrigan were still good guys. If Morrigan's enacting a scheme (I know, right? Shock and horror.), then it might be fair to say that some of our Warden's might not be as keen on her ideas as she is. Though still I do feel that the Warden would still not be far behind Morrigan in that case and trying to save her from herself in that case.

It's hard to take that interpretation of "They like Morrigan, but they're not implicitly evil, so we might not go along with her plan" and put it into practice. Our Wardens are complicated creatures, and the choices in DAO aren't always clear-cut or easy to interpret. It's not a matter of "Our Warden did x, y, z, so they must agree with g and h, but not j".
David has a plan, but I don't think it will involve reading into every decision our warden made in order to extrapolate some kind of personality that he can roleplay offscreen. There are paths we've taken, and we'll have to see where they end up.

Morrigan. Morrigan. Morrigan. Why is she the Marcia Brady of DA? What about all the straight lady Wardens? What are their flames up to? No cameo from Zevran? Alistair obviously not because he's tied to his throne. Did all you people seriously fall under the witch's charm and bed her? Sinful.
The character already looks hot. When you add Claudia Black's voice to that, it was very had for my Warden to resist .
