So, I know there is a special cutscene with Anderson when he dies which is only available if you remain a bachelor throughout your playthroughs. It turns out that so much as coughing in ashely's general direction makes her fall in love with shepherd, and I didn't find out until I was almost done with ME1. If I make sure that she breaks up with shep, do I still get that cutscene, or do I need to re-play all of ME1 again to get it?

Not worth a whole replay. Use the Gibbed ME2 save file editor to modify the romance flags. Can also fix the Conrad Verner renegade import bug while you're at it - worth seeing at least once. Hopefully you have the PC version. There are instructions on an Xbox workaround, but it's a bit more involved....still less trouble then replaying the whole game, at any rate.
