That should read MORE CAPES!
I actually have no objection to capes, I just hear Edna Mode in my head listing off the dangers of capes whenever anyone mentions them.

The arkham game have done capes pretty well, obviously an entirely different engine, but it's been done to success beforeWulfram wrote...
I don't think capes animate well enough to be worth it, yet. If they don't billow in the wind in a dramatic fashion, what's the point?
But maybe there's some super tech in Frostbite to fix that.

Tis is how I the Chevaliers shood look ![]()
Robocop... it would look cool.

"Citizens of Val Royeaux ... thank you for your cooperation!"
something like this
Good game (Thief) That would be some righteous armor in DA I. I would also like to see something along the lines of the Nightengale Armor from Skyrim for the rogue class as well.
I'm picturing a glorious combination of Lorica Segmentata, Medieval Plate Armor, with a badass coat ala Malcolm Reynolds
CAPES are actually kinda necessary
No, they aren't
I'm surprised that no one has listed any Dark or Demon's Souls armors...

From what the player wears, not so much. From what the bosses wear, absolutely. Ornstein and Artorias would make glorious armors for a templar or reaver. Priscilla's gown or Gwyndolin's robe might be good for a mage? They're good options to take inspiration from, though some of the PC's armors were laughable.

I liked the armors for sorcerers in the game. at least they had pants...
I wonder if the devs are looking at this thread lol
