Very first part of the Destroy ending, as Shepard shoots the power conduit. I keep a save right at that moment so I can watch it whenever I feel like it.

I'm probably going to miss a lot.. esp. from ME1-2, but off the top of my head:

- Shepard becoming a Spectre
- the Virmire mission
- Anderson punching Udina
- hanging up on the Council, and then saving their asses later
- emerging from the rubble at the end of ME1 (ugh. so much epic.)

- Shepard asking why Legion is wearing the N7 armor
- interactions with my little tank baby and him going through "puberty"
- LotSB
- the nerves and feeling after the first Suicide Mission run
- having Miranda turn her back on TIM re: the data

- the unavoidable squad deaths in ME3
- Tuchunka, Rannoch, and Thessia were just pure awesome
- sniping bottles from the top of the Citadel with Garrus
- Javik and the hanars
- Liara's gift, goodbye, and the "It would be so easy for a ship to get lost out there.." speech
- EDI's oxygen recycling joke.. and the final conversation with her on Earth
- the Keepers being hella creepy
- all the united ships flying towards Earth

So, so many good moments.

1) I love every moment where my renegade Shepard gets to execute someone. You know, one thing that really grinds me with ME-trilogy is it's pro-paragon attitude. It would've been cool to see one of the people paragon Shepard chose to give a second chance causing havoc and trouble in future games.

2) The moment Shepard becomes a Spectre. That **** is the bomb.

3) Mordin's death.

4) The moment I though Grunt died in ME3 but he didn't. I cried like a baby. I couldn't have faced losing him after losing Mordin.

5) The original ending. Didn't like it at first but now I think it's beautiful. The EC is great too.

6) In Mass Effect 2 the bridge you have to cross to get to Thane. The music gets me every time. I just love shooting through those goons.

7) Thane's prayer to my renFemShep in ME3.

8) Shepard's death in the beginning of ME2

9) Punching reporters

10) The choice at the end of Overlord.

I could go on for a long time.

My favorite moment in the Mass Effect trilogy is probably the battle between Morinth and Samara in Morinth's apartment on Samara's loyalty mission from Mass Effect 2. When I saw that cut scene for the first time I thought it was so revolutionary, in-depth and bad-ass! 

And pretty much any scene with Morinth from ME2 is epic to me. Yeah, I have a problem...

 Too many to list but one of the top ones would have to be dicking around on the presidium skybridge with Garrus in ME3 and just about everything in the Citadel DLC,

Also Liaras response in ME1 if you joke about her sounding like she want's to dissect you in a lab or something.

If only you could let Javik throw her out the airlock, I'm kind of surprsied he doesn't even have a single line about the annoying reporter on the ship at least not one that I've heard yet.

Start of ME2, Normandy being attacked by Collector ship.
That moment when Shepard steps into the depressurized part of the ship and all the noice suddenly stops and you can hear only Shepards heavy breathing.

End of ME3 Citadel DLC, evil clone asks Shpard what makes him so special, Shepard gets saved by team mates, evil clone does not. That is in short what ME always was about: Shepards friends, they make him so special. Almost made me shed some manly tears.

And the hilarious thing is all through ME 3 all she does is stand in her cabin. Every time I visited her she wa sjust standing there. All game...... I guess they couldn't spring for a chair.  I couldn't romance her either that option never appeared.

Maybe she's so dynamic she never needs to sit down? Her never leaving her room is suspicious though. And she still has more news every time, and footage. Maybe she gets all her news from extranet rumours and future Youtube

Favorite? There are far too many great scenes:

ME1:
- the opening, Udina, Hackett and Anderson talking
- Shepard walking through the ship in the beginning
- the whole Citadel part, at least the first time, it took an eternity before I first left the station
- becoming a spectre
- Noveria: telling the Asari that you told Vargas what she put you up to (one of the small scenes I enjoy over and over again)
- the confrontation with Sovereign
- the dialogue with Vigil
- emerging from the rubble

ME2
not that many, but still it had some
- Tali's loyalty mission
- Samara's loyalty mission - not shooting stuff was a nice change and I really liked the dialogue in the club
- seeing Conrad again
- the dialogue with Aethyta
- all the dialogue with Jack
- Mordin's loyalty mission
- pretty much all the dialogue with Mordin on the ship
- LotSb
-> searching Liara's appartement
->the cab ride
->the dialogue after defeating the Shadow Broker, especially if you romanced her
->her visit on the ship
- suicide mission

ME3

- Tuchanka - curing the genophage - your showdown with Mordin, especially if you kept quiet
- during the genophage cure mission - I really like how they give you the option to reveal the dalatrasses plot, then when Wrex/Wreav start talking about expansion/revenge, ypu may change your opinion
- I liked the time capsule scene
- the chess/shower scene with Traynor (I am a straight dude, okay? Showering in your underwear may be weird, but Traynor is so hot....)
- the dialogue with Aethyta again
- I like the scene between Shepard and Kaidan on the Citadel having lunch
- Vega, the tech expert - youtube it if you haven't seen it
- A lot of the dialogue with Javik
- not that I get to see it very often or if I do, feel well about it, but I think the scene where Wrex finds out that you betrayed him is very powerfull
- the Rannoch showdown after you defeated the Reaper (Does anybody else think that the tone of the scene with Tali - if you saved the Quarians or both Quarians and Geth - has a very good ending vibe to it?)
- the goodbye scenes on earth
- the final dialogue with Anderson
- say what you want about the ending, but I think both the catalyst soundtrack as well as 'an end once and for all' are awesome
- searching Bryson's lab
- the dialogue with Leviathan was pretty good, too
- the entire Citadel DLC was awesome

Who is Refund Guy?

A joke. Since ME1 he's trying to get a refund. In ME1 he is on the markets at a balustrade talking to a turian, between Conrad Verner and fast transit.

In ME2 he can be found on the lowest level near the access to the industrial area (Garrus' loyalty mission).

In ME3 he's at the end of the market district.

I can't think of my favorite one, atm, but I always liked how the Geth Prime's air-dropped in from orbit.

I think it was in three, but I remember one of my squadmates losing their **** when he dropped.

"Geth PRIIIIIIIIIIME!"

Favorite:

- Combined Fleet and Crucible arrival at the final battle
- Kalros to the rescue!
- Talking down Wrex at Virmire
- Curing the genophage
- Liara's time box
- Brand new Cerberus Normandy just out of the garage

Not favorite, but most impressive:

- Watching Kelly Chambers helplessly dissolve before my eyes
- Mordin lying dead on the floor after the suicide mission
- Tali commiting suicide after the complete loss of her fleet
- Batarian terrorist on Terra Nova killing the innocent hostages
- Final goodbye to Ashley (LI, squad on final beam approach, shooting the star child ending)
- Liara's hologram after final credits
- Thane's death and his son's prayers

Biggest surprises:

- TIM never backstabbing Shepard
- Shooting the star child ending
- Realizing that the keeper scanning mission and the crazy cult Volus tells everything from the very beginning

Mass Effect 2:
-The Prologue
-Seeing Wrex/Kaidan/Ashley, and vigil's theme starts to play
-Goddammit Conrad
-The entire wreckage memorial section
-Seeing Liara mirror her mother Benezia when you first see her again
-Shepard awkwardly chewing Gardner's fresh meal that you don't get to see
-The "Suicide Mission" playing, while everyone's doing their part
-The leap of faith toward the Normandy SR2
Mass Effect 3:
-Earth mission
-Hearing Anderson's voice crack when he yells at you to get your attention
-Seeing Liara man-handle those troopers
-"Careful Diplomacy" "Uh huh. I don't think I wanna know what that means."
-Shooting Mordin, and the tragic scene that follows.
-Killing Samara, and the other ardat-yakshi
-Shooting Ashley/Kaidan, and then Udina
-Killing Wrex
-Running toward the beam, and seeing your squadmates get incinerated
-Saving Anderson
-Choosing the refuse ending, and hearing the epic last words
