That the male characters well be absolutely insufferable (imo) and the fandom will flock to them because they're cute/hot/super-interesting/male while leaving awesome (hopefully) well-developed female characters in the dust. And then I have to suffer through the dudespam on my most frequented websites when I have zero interest in men as objects of desire (and since I found them insufferable characters I don't give a damn about their personality and any meta discussions surrounding them either).

I also have a few worries about combat, but none that I'd really like to elaborate on.

Lol... I don't know if I'm on this a hundred percent but yeah, I hate it when female characters are underappreciated...<_<

I fear that things that have never happened and have no evidence of happening will happen.

Character assassinations, mostly.

Tallis being an important (anything more than a cameo) character would be a close second.

I fear the romances will be as lackluster as they were in DA2 again. As a female, I had no interest in going gay for Merill or Isabella, esp since it lost it's impact of doing so when every LI is 100% gay or straight - depending on Hawkes preferences. But I understand why its there so I am not going to complain.

Sebastion was crazy and wanted a chaste fake creeper marriage... yeah... NO. Anders turns into a terrorist and blows up a church full of peeps and may or may not have made you an accomplice if you choose to aid him in his personal quest.... HELL NO. There's not a thing in the world that could convince me to romance him. I respect the choice of those to, but I ain't doing it.

That left the ridicusely surly elf that straight up looked like he walked out of an emo anime for 'tweens who - just to add salt in the wound will deny Hawke "sexy time" for YEARS at a time. In what crazy world is THAT the best option? I am disappoint. :(

As far as I know the ME3 MP isn't necessary to get the best ending - it just makes it easier to get it.
So I doubt they would do something that forces you in this game as well.

MP was required to get the "best" ending during peak sales of ME3. Biower mods also closed all threads discussing it.

Actually, no, MP was not needed at all to get the "best" ending for ME3. I know because I played the single player straight through before touching the MP. I guess it was just harder to get since it was easy to miss expiring side quests and the go fetch quests on the citadel were a little difficult to figure out.

@ScreechingViolent: I do all my lovemaking to Enya!

If it's good enough for the LoTR - it's good enough for my bedroom!

After the Mass Effect 3 incident I'm hoping it doesn't happen again but other than that, I can't wait for this game.

Well, I guess it depends on what you consider the best ending... Synthesis didn't require MP to be unlocked, but what most people considered the best ending was Destruction with the little clip of (maybe) Shepard breathing (and possibly dying a second later).
And that ending did indeed require MP to be seen. You could only get 3.000+ EMS points with Javik and everything else done, while that ending required 4.000 - 5.000 points, depending on a particular choice.

My greatest fear is that Zevran will cheat on my Warden or say that she is dead AGAIN, when she's perfectly alive and still in love with him...

Silent protagonist. Just played through Dragon's Dogma, which employs this in the most irritating way possible (not only are they silent, but they only ever make that one wrinkled snarl expression in cutscenes), so it would just be a nightmare to see it here. Origins' honestly didn't bother me so much, but I'd still prefer we keep moving forward rather than back, and I'll take DA2's voice I wasn't crazy about over no voice at all.

Also, only ugly LIs. Mages being further nerfed. Choices not mattering in the end/being "along for the ride" again. Imported choices being undermined.

You just played patched game, before it was impossible to get a breathing scene without MP.

That the game isn't optimized for every platform it's on. This can happen when you release a game on five different platforms. PC needs good mouse and keyboard control, Xbox 360 needs a good framerate, etc. I'm also not fond of the trend where they try to make a game look good in screenshots, and you end up with a 25 fps game with a field of view of 75 degrees. The game has to run smoothly, but you can't really show that off in a screenshot.

My greatest fear is that DAI launches at the same time as Witcher 3 thus ruining any chance of a real life I have for a long time.
