There shouldn't be a need to combine these packs as the second one that you linked relies on the first on you linked. Install Kaedrin's pack and then install Cyphre's.
There are also install directions on Cyphre's page.
Notes:
Most of my PrCs rely on content of Kaedrin's PrC Pack v1.42.1, so you should install his pack first, if you haven't already done so.

It's not only kaedrins prc pack. its a combined pak with several other mods. in other words I have 2 dialog.tlk (one from the combined pak and one from cyphres prc pack) which should be merged

Yes, you are correct, those TLKs would need to be merged. There are tools for editing/merging TLKs available on the Vault, but IMO I'm not sure it would be worth the hassle and potential bugs.
Merging them is not a small task as there are scripts, 2DAs, and TLKs that need to be looked at. Any of which could conflict and cause issues. There comes a point in the complexities that you have to ask yourself if it is worth the trouble.

Can so many bugs arise when I only put another PrC pack in ? I mean the PrC pack I want to merge in doesn't really effects the rest of the gameplay.
