He's a badass, mysterious assassin warrior-monk who feels regret for his past of EPIC ASS-KICKING. He's got fathomless black eyes, a gorgeous body, and extremely sensuous lips. He's intelligent, cryptic, and slightly tragic without being all whiny and emo. He also has the sexiest growly voice of all time. Possibly as good as Stephen Russell's Garrett.



Um... why would anybody be confused by the attraction again? He's a sentient, gorgeous creature who despite his strong personality seems to be willing to serve under you and follow your lead. He may not be your cup of tea but nobody tell me you can't imagine why anyone would be interested. You would be a LYING LIAR WHO LIES.



Green scales and black eyes on a human shape is no less sexy than blue skin and tentacles on a human shape. Hell, some people even like aliens with chicken feet--Thane is less odd than that. And the fact that he has some strange characteristics is fascinating... you may cringe at first, but eventually you can't help but realize those quirks have their own odd appeal. A character like Thane is too intriguing to ignore, and I think even the ones that resist at first will be swiftly won over in game.

His voice has undergone a number of changes. E3, FFTL, Sci vs Fi -- all of them sound different, although I think the latest clip of him played down the rumbling, gravelly (or "drowning") factor quite a bit.

Then again it could depend on what he's saying and how he's saying it that contributes to more or less after-effect. Similar to turian flanging.

Ah, I've been avoiding videos. The only one I've seen was on his profile on the main site. I guess I'll have to wait and see.

It's funny, I didn't care for him at first, and when I heard he was designed specificly as a love interest for the ladies I kinda thought, "pfft!"



Then a few trailers later..and having him on my desktop wallpaper for a few weeks...

definitely starting to understand the appeal. I think it's mostly the voice..the jacket is nice also. =3



Although as long as there is Garrus, there will be no other love in my Shep's life...
