If I register a game (legit with cd + key et all) would I be able to download it from this site if I lose or break the disk? I know some games don't require a disk (such as Dragon Age 2) but Dragon Age Origins does require the disk to play.

Better to just buy another disc.
I did when my first disc developed a crack.
Amazon was out of the PS3 version but ToysRUs online still had it for 20 dollars .

From this site? I don't think so. However, you can download Origin (for free) and use that. Go to Redeem Code and type in your cd-key for DA:O, DA2 or whatever game you've bought. This will "link" that registered copy of the game to your Origin account and you can digitally download it whenever you'd like. It may take a little while to download though, I'd recommend doing something else while it does. Hope this helps you, cheers!
