I suggested in another thread to Bioware that perhaps a thread for PC users might be a good idea, currently it seems that all info is directed towards Xbox 360.  Might tone down some of what is going on here.

Actually it would eliminate it altogether.

the news is bioware apparently does not care anymore and will not comment any further. RTO works fine without the patch according to the people and Victor but for some unknown reason they are not releasing it and will not tell us why I am ashamed of even waisting my time here it looks like EA(Bioware) and Activision(VV) share alot in common. they mess up and just act like peek-a-boo(you can't see me) tis very sad and dishearting.

Thirding this. Please give us something to work with Victor, your comment made in another thread needs to be addressed. Why is content being withheld because of a patch that is completely separate from the DLC, and further has nothing to do with the PC or PS3 versions?

If you want the flaming to stop, you're going to have to give us something to work with, because the only logical conclusion we "trolls" can draw is that Microsoft is throwing the proverbial toys out of the crib and demanding that Bioware waits until they're ready to re-release the patch. This cycle concludes with us being labelled as whiners and trolls. If you want it to stop, give us something to discuss.

seems Microshaft is hurting us all, even us 360 owners who want the DLC already, i fell sorry for PS3 and PC owners at this rate, Microshaft is hurting everyone who owns the game.

This is only speculation. We dont know that. But Its BioWares silence, that help spread rumors like this. By having a disaster PR department, people usually make stuff up that are way worse then the real reason.

We did. I put forth a proposal. It was accepted, and now we are in the process of getting me access to various databases and whatnot so that I can compile updates on a regular basis. It's coming, but a change in communication processes is not an overnight affair.

Fair enough, I do hope however that this whole business doesn't require prolonged updates. It's good to know though that lessons will be learned in the event that this happens with the expansion pack or other DLC.
