  Having decided to play through Mass Effect 2 again, I wanted to download the DLC I have never played. After spending $21 on 1600 Bioware Points, I bought the Shadow Broker DLC for 800. Leaving 800 points left on my account, or so I thought. Now that I have made that purchase, I am trying to purchasee the Kasumi DLC, but have 0 points. What happened? I spent too much money on old DLC that I now can't even play? I should have more than enough points to buy the DLC as I bought the 1600 points and only spent 800 points.

This has to be the worst customer service I have ever seen. After posting this, I was fed up with the lack of attention, so I went to the EA chat room. They couldn't do anything for me since they couldn't look up PayPal order numbers. They sent me to a EA help line with a service numberto give to them. I sat on hold for over 2 hours. I have pictures from my phones screen to show just how long I was on hold. After giving up on that, I sent them an email of everything I have just said. I am now waiting to hear from an "advisor" that will call me in "10-15 minutes". It has now been 45 minutes and no call. Worst experience ever. How ever since there are customers like me out there that still haven't been given an answer, I will post the outcome when this has been resolved.

There *IS* no "Customer Service" anywhere on the Bioware Social Network. All such has been elsewhere all along. Since the purchase / merger with EA, everything of that nature has been on the EA Help Center site.
