Perhabs this is the masculine side of me thats writing up this thread, but right after I finish playing DA: O with my first charecter I was already emotionally involved in the story. My charecter fallen in love with Morrigan who later saved my life but it came at a big cost knowing that I will regret it later in my Wardens life. Now I'm reading the credits still in RP mode (even in OOC the song forces me to sqeeze out a tear) with sad music playing in the background and I can't help but to produce some man tears from my eyes, and I'm not the kind of person who would produce a tear over a PC game.  Same goes for DA2.

BioWare no teary credits music, please! :) Put some heart pumping music on instead :)

During the end credits of Inquisition, Macho Man Randy Savage will appear in your home, grab your console/PC, smash it on the floor, scream, "SNAP INTO A SLIM JIM" and vanish in a puff of electric guitar riffs.

No, please do it. Both games had music that inspired me some man-tears and I'm looking forward to some more. That Florence and the Machine song especially, whoa.

You have nothing to blame but your own weakness in this case, OP.

That's why I didn't hear this song in-game - I've always been skipping credits :?

And song doesn't sound that sad, I thought Leliana's Song was way more touching.

I hated Leliana's song. After my first playthrough I skipped through it so I wouldn't have to hear it on any subsequent playthroughs.

What? How could you?!? :crying: ... Leliana's song to me was her highlight moment in the game, and was the most emotional moment for me.

It was one of the highlights of the entire game for me.
Not to mention how impressed I was with Bioware for going all out with DA:O and having such a beautiful song composed and then delivered to us in a very touching scene.
/dreamy sigh

Here's to hoping DA:I manages to recapture some of those magical moments that made Origins so great.

Well, I like emotional themes at the end. Of course, with Inon Zur not doing the music I have some doubts about how good it will be.

Have they announced the composer?

Personally, I like Inon Zur and would actually prefer if he wrote the score for the game for continuity reasons, but I was of the opinion that they hadn't announced anything there.

So it's confirmed they dropped Inon Zur?

Sad, Sad Face. :(

About the only thing good that might come of it, I think, is if they somehow snagged Jeremy Soule.

No, but Inon said last year that he wasn't doing it.

I had some small hope that the delay would allow them to hire him back, but it doesn't really sound like that's in the cards. Mike used plurals when talking about the music (saying they wouldn't talk about composers until much later), and he also mentioned that parts of the music used in the recent videos (definitely not done by Inon Zur) may end up in the game.

Musically, "Macho Man Randy Savage" may end up being closer to what we get than Mary probably intended with her joke. :P

Tarek , With all due respect why are you talking about ME3 when this is simply not the thread to discuss it? Yeah thank you for the unwanted spoiler.
