I never did figure out what that's actually supposed to mean

Supposedly it's inspired by Hunter S Thompson saying that the US was raising a generation of dancers.

Hunter (as referenced by Cato) made a comment that America was raising a "generation of dancers". This was meant to be taken as a negative thing though we have no idea what "dancer" itself actually means apart from being a collective derogatory noun about the current generation (likely Generation Y)

Oh by the way: Uh Cold you can now odd "completely derailed the thread into something horrendously off-topic but more productive than pretty much every thread on BSN apart from Operation Lodestar II, Those BSNers you happen to run into, DR's Resource Library and Cain's "how to avoid the friendzone". By the way one of those four is sarcasm, see if you can find out which.

Don't you remember that? We arranged the game on the forum, you, me and skinsatchel, UUP on hydra (reapers, I think), I was using destroyer with particle rifle, satchel was a smashguard and you were the N7 fury, we had a random pug in the game. Even sent out friend requests to you both after the game and we exchanged some comments on the forum. Then you lagged out the next game when we got condor.

That's the only time I ever remember playing with you. The pic you posted must be a pug which I just can't seem to recall at all, I'm curious, could you provide hose details I asked for? Just to satisfy my curiosity, it's killing me now. I've never been outscored like that in a pug. Never! I would remember a game like that, such a poor display.

I believe i was the first one to play with the now infamous lakou1k (or something)

Back then he said "If you actually have a higher n7 than i'll take you seriously" or something to that effect....

So i hopped on my stationary bike, picked the same kit as he did and burned about three to four hundred calories

KABLAM!!!

that looks like a near 100k dif, on gold :/

I blocked out the screenname because you asked me to Lak, but i have the original

I remember character class called Dancer in one of the MUDs (Lost In Time) I've played nearly 20 years ago. It had "healing spell" called Masturbate. Maybe it's somewhat relevant, maybe?

Interesting thread, with lots of quality debate and counterpoints being made ... not

OP - Ever heard of Singularity or Adrenaline Rush? They're kind of excellent powers .. and are found on vanilla humans.

I have actually started a SP game (going to finish this time) with a Novashep .. man he's powerful. Incendiary grenades as my bonus power .. so I either pull, charge, nova or grenade, charge, nova .. either way everything dies really fast

To XFG I've never responded to you at all, and, TBH, I don't really care because you obviously like playing the roll of the villain/troll .. but to associate N7 with skill is absurd, N7 is simply a loose definition of time played in game, nothing more. For example, my younger brother has about half the game time I do and he's much better than me.

Saying you are one of the best 5 players of this game is laughable, you could be an awesome player, but there are MANY great players. In my real life experience, anyone who claims to be that good at something is used to being the big fish in the little pond, but do not have enough variety of experience to know they are that good.

Real fun to see how you went from 'I don't care what you post if your n7 is lower than mine" to "I don't recall this happening, what map is this, I am butthurt now?"

B)

The only memory I have of playing with you was on hydra with skinsatchel in the game, it was a pretty tight game, that's why I was surprised when you mentioned the 50k margin. Anyway, next game everyone lagged out and that was it.

However, I took a closer look at the screenshot you posted and noticed it was on a hazard map. All I'm saying is I literally have no recollection whatsoever of this game. When did we play that game exactly? What characters were we both using? And who were the other two? All it is, is that I don't remember it, that's it. I'm surprised to see that I lost by such a gigantic margin. I'm genuinely curious now.

Like I said, I only just figured this out like 10 minutes ago. I was like, "Wait a second...that definitely wasn't our game on Hydra.". All's I'm saying.

This got me.
I don't know how you found a way to lose against someone in a CO-OP game, but congrats nonetheless.

this thread is almost as amazing as the thread about getting sync killed by a geth prime

keep it classy, 40k n7 guy or whatever. You've achieved a full-retard level greater than that of Silvair's and IamZAE's
