Human Soldier:
Double shot claymore via adrenaline rush also giving 70% damage for more than 5 seconds along with recharging your shields. Frag grenades bleed evo. Frags can also detonate tech explosions
Vanilla Human Adept
setting up multiple biotic explosions with singularity and rag dolling enemies with health, also warp--->shockwave damage. Warp increases damage on enemies.
Human Sentinel
fire explosions or tech bursts with sentinel using throw or simply warp throw with power evos, Warp again increases damage taken by enemies
Novaguard
INVINCIBILITY frames, detonate everything, tank everything.
Human Infiltrator
Damage Boost, Cryo Blast increases damage taken by enemies again also weaken armored targets further. sticky nades using ammo powers
Human Engineer
Tech burst galore if using disruptor rounds, fire explosions as well
To those saying they suck, I advice watch some videos on youtube (seriously) specially the Novaguard as it is awesome with good aim (assuming you have good aim).
You forgot that Warp weakens armour. And 90% of biotic classes have access to a priming skill that synergises greatly with Warp Ammo for a near double damage boost. Also Tech Combos have a little more overall team synergy than Biotic Combos due to the fact that skills like Concussive Shot can detonate them. Incendiary rounds ensures that EVERY non-Vanguard has insane weapon damage output since they all have access to a glitching power (though honestly there's no reason to use it since DIsruptor Rounds tends to synergise better with the only "weakling" (in terms of deeps). Also yeah, anyone claiming the Novaguard is bad is clearly terrible at the game. The Novaguard was the first overused class and was one of the metagame classes (along with the Asari Adept, Falcon Soldier and Black Widow/GPS Salarian) before power creep gave us easy mode.
