Hello, I am currently loving ME 1. The only options for resolution goes to 1280 x 768. My tv can go to 1366 x 786 . Is there a patch that can let me set resolution to 1366 x 768? Thanks for any help! Stich

Assuming you have the resolution available (often TV's require 1360x768 instead of 1366x768 or they will not show it right), you can just make the following changes in BIOEngine.ini:
StartupResolutionX=1366
StartupResolutionY=768
under [WinDrv.WindowsClient]
You can find the BIOEngine.ini in X:\\Users\\username\\Documents\\BioWare\\Mass Effect\\Config (X is windows partition and username is your user name, that's the path for Vista/7/8).

Awesome! Thanks! I played ME2 ME 3 now going through ME1 . Amazing trilogy, but I see how some one sucked some love out of the series. Thanks again!
