Hahah.... Kryptonian T-cells? Anyway. Mind control is almost as much as a superhero trope as the superhero fight, giant evil robots from outerspace, and their cousins, evil aliens.
I will say playing a vanguard paragade is pretty much the biggest superhero feeling I ever got from a game, including actual superhero games.
On a side note, steps in ME2 are for wimps. Find someone to charge.

Galactus would wipe the floor with the reapers....he absorbs entire planets, and he has other equipment and weapons on his ship that would annihlate Reapers....plus...the power cosmic...
Superman?....the comics play too much with how strong or how indestructable he truly is...i've seen him get taken out or beat by characters truly less than him without any kryptonite, yet he can defeat truly powerful godly enemies with no problem...i hate his character...so ultimately...outside of the reapers having some sort of kryptonite to contain him, Superman would probably win.
