In your opinion, what were the top 3 changes made to ME3 multiplayer during your time playing?

I think my top 3 would be the singularity rework, the addition of gear, and the tech explosion changes.

- Tech explosions
- Magnet grab fix
- DLC checking fix to access the main menu much faster.
I probably would have stopped playing were it not for the last 2.
edit: yeah I know, it's 4...

I'll bug a few of the others and see if anyone wants to drop in. No promises!

Damn right, tech explosions rework has been awesome

I completely agree with all of those. Singularity is so much better now, and being able to trigger tech explosions anytime instead of just at an enemy's death is immensely satisfying.
Phoenix is great, too. Kudos on stepping outside the box on new combat powers. The Phoenix Adept is one of my favorite kits to play when I want to take something fast and risky, yet extremely satisfying.
As far as my top 3 changes, I'd have to go with:
1. Collectors. Yes, it's... problematic... to play them at all on PS3, but I still find them a fun and challenging faction to face. I do admit that I only ever really play them on my PC version, though, for my PS3's safety.
2. Hazard maps. Another bit of a PS3 issue, but methodical reboots help curb the memory leaks. Despite that, I still find the hazard maps really fun to play. Well, other than Glacier, but I don't want to set off the swear filter.
3. Female Turian. But I recognize I'm totally biased about that.

2: The reworking of Firebase White. That made things interesting.
3: Tech bursts. I was worried that the tech dudes/dudettes were being left in the dust.

2. Hazard map Ghost, totally sweet looking. -- I should say something like one of the glitch fixes, but I won't. Sorry bug fixers.
3. Credit bonus to extraction. No more dropouts.

Credits for extraction.
Improvements to Krogan/Batarian stagger. That was huge for those kits.

2. Earth DLC.
3. The end of balance changes! Many were good but a few really bad ones make this end a welcomed one.

Just my presence in the lobby is sufficient to nerf the whole team. I can do to a lobby what BioWare did to the Krysae.

2. Sniper rifles/shield gate rebalance.
3. Hazard maps.

1, Gameplay
2, Power combos - the whole concept.
3, Reckoning
Top 3 (Worst)
1, Still has many bugs (f.e.: Collector adept's 5a evo, disconnects)
2, Slooooow store, lack of proper game browser (Ping tester, indicator if the game is already in progress/lobby only).
3, Too much loading times.

It wasn't a "fix" as much as it was almost completely overhauled and reworked.
Out of the box, Singularity was nearly useless and did nothing but maybe keep Guardians from moving forward. One of the best things it now does is it primes all targets in its effective range, regardless of Health/Armor/Shields/Barriers, for Biotic Explosions.
