Hello, i bought recently in the Origin sales DA:O Digital Deluxe Edition, after the purchase i had an option to install the games (plus the trailers, wallpapers and dlc's the DDEdition had) but i had to clear room from my hdd so install the game so i skipped that screen to install later, i received an email saying that i could insert the codes above to install the downloadable content but there are no codes in the email i got, i tried to post on the EA help foruns and it seems i'm not the only one with this problem and when i go to Origin and game details on DA:O - DDE, and the two dlc's that the Deluxe Edition had were - The Stone prisoner and Return to Ostegar (if i'm not wrong) and it says i have to buy them... I know how to activate the codes i just didn't received them after the purchase...

Have you registered the game on this site? If so, on the left side of this site, click my games then your registered game content. Is the DLC listed there? If so, you should be able to download an installer from there.

Yes johnny i have done all of that plus more with no results before searching out this topic. I contacted bioware support and it shows up for them but not me. The guy i spoke to upgraded me to the ultimate edition since we could not get it to work. Bioware has the best support I have ever encountered!!!
