My manifest is not complete and I don't spend all my time on U/U/P, but I really would have liked the option to lower the level of my weapons.
I know I could just use some of the lesser weapons, but there are some guns that have the right balance of recoil and fire rate - it would be nice to knock them down a few levels for more of a challenge, or to slow the killing when playing with friends.
