At this point I won't be surprised if Cerberus somehow shows up in Kaidan and Ashley's backstories.

Who demanded Fist? Or Leng for that matter?

Sometimes I wish, just for one year the internet would dissapear so developers would stop doing their fans' biddings. I like it much better when something is a product of the writer's intuition.

There's a trick to it.

Never be wrong.

If the fans wanted anything it's Wrex, the rest is all Walter's brand of creativity I'd imagine.

The fans demanded it, dammit didn't you see all those threads screaming for more Leng-goodness?

Next time they'll team up with everyones favorite Dragon Age character... OGHREN!

At the rate these things seem to be going, I bet in the next comic we'll see Cerberus invent a time machine and Kai Leng will use it to go back and release the genophage (and use his extreme cleverness to pin it on the turians).

The one good thing I can say about this is that Cerberus isn't just being "lolevullz" in this comic.

But I'll take that bet.

I don't see the creativity in constantly making up plots that reuse pre-established characters in the same kinds of situations. It's template-inserted.

I'd be surprised if Brooks isn't going to be the central character binding this comic series together at this point. Next up Eden Prime flash back with Ash then brain camp with Kaidan. I actually wouldn't be opposed to some minor Cerberus involvement in brain camp given how shady that whole place was but if just keep pushing them working behind the scenes in every issue it'll turn into a running gag.

Or involved in Cole's smuggling ring somehow, while trying to get their hands on the data from the Prothean beacon.

We should make a list over all the possible ways Cerberus can be crammed into other characters plotlines.

I imagine that this series will continue with Brooks being everywhere important and will eventually culminate in her departure from Cerberus when they become "lolzindoctrinated"

"#3 The loss of the human colony Eden Prime was the first in a series of catastrophes to mark the return of the Reapers—a race of sentient AI that would threaten all life in the galaxy. Now, in her own words, Gunnery Chief Ashley Williams reveals what she saw."
-I'll stick with going after the beacon and being involved in smuggling for this one.
"#4 Far away from Earth, on Gagarin Station—or "Brain Camp," as its students call it—a young Kaidan Alenko undergoes his biotic training. During an exceptionally grueling lesson, Kaidan steps in to defend the lovely Rahna from the brutal Commander Vyrnnus—but his rash actions have tragic consequences!"
-They got the alliance to hire the Turian mercs as instructors.
"#5 On the distant, lawless edge of the populated galaxy, Jacob Taylor and Miranda Lawson are sent to search for the body of the deceased Commander Shepard. Instead, they encounter a threat that could lead to their demise as well!"
-The two main characters work for them.

The criminals who killed Thane's wife were hired by Cerberus.
Morinth worked as an assassin for Cerberus by deliberately sleeping with their enemies.
The Space Hamster is a Cerberus mole.

He does have talent, characters are just more his strong suit than plot. Tying the story together and character motivations tend to be a bit hamfisted, though.

- During Kaidan's time at Braincamp, he was being evaluated as a potential agent. After being subliminally subjected to anti-alien propoganda, he enrages and kills his turian tutor.
- Ashley finds out that one of her sisters has joined cerberus, and finds her loyalties in question.
- Admiral Hackett plays a deadly game of cat and mouse against cerberus agents that have kidnapped his wife.
- Mordin has to protect his research against cerberus opperatives while heading to tuchanka.
- Shepard's father was a cerberus agent. [I'm willing to put money down on this one.]

It is extremely hard to find characters without a connection to cerberus at this point...
