This is for the Xbox360 FYI.
When i go to the download content on the main menu, the option isn't there.
I got all the other DLC's (Stone Prisoner/RtO/Warden's Keep)
I have the promo code for the armor but where do i put in the code?

If I remember correctly I originally downloaded it the normal Xbox dashboard/live marketplace way and not from inside the game.
Hit the big Xbox button in the center of your controller. Now scroll to the leftmost tab. There should be an option there called "redeem code". I think I entered it there and downloaded the armor through the Xbox live game marketplace. Hope that helps....

no its an EA code not an 25 digit xbox marketplace code. so u cant do it from the marketplace. start up dragon age and go to the downloadable content menu and when your in there if you look at the bottom of the screen you see where it tells you to press Y to Redeem EA Code. before you enter any codes though make sure your EA account is on the same Email as your xbox live account is or it wont work.

You sure about that? I just looked into this as I have different adresses for both and the EA site doesn't state anywhere that you need to have the same eMail for both accounts.
The only thing they recommend is linking only one XBL/PSN ID per EA account.

yes im sure of this, if u download the pdf file from the official dragon age site that tells u how to redeem codes on xbox 360 it tells you plainly that your EA account email has to be the same email that is linked to your xbox live gamertag

Not true. My gamertag is attached to a hotmail account, my EA account is attached to a gmail account.
I connected the two by logging into my EA account at ea.com, and then manually added my gamertag to it.
Edit: But yes, OP, you should be able to enter the code as WeskerXX
described it, as it sounds like all your accounts are in order already,
if you have Stone Prisoner...
