I have a problem with the XBox account I used to play the games on so I have a hell of a time checking. If I had known about Keep I would have also written it down.

I got bored last night and decided to make something to make entering in my choices in the keep a bit easier...and pretty.
I had all my choices written down already, but this makes it more special. And well, like I said, I was really bored last night. Figured you guys would appreciate it, my mom just rolled her eyes when I showed it to her.
Not gonna lie, I thought it was a cake at first. It would be an epic one. Still a great book, better than I could ever make.
I prefer Office Excell spreadsheets, myself. It lets me tinker with my previous Wardens. I've played so many, they start to blend after a while.

Oddly enough, I started writing what I did down a few years ago so I wouldn't keep making the same choices every time. I lost that notebook and my idiot ex deleted my optimal play through because he wanted to play a new game. So this new book only has one play through in it that I did back in April. Starting another tomorrow. I'm estimating I'll have at least 3 play throughs completed by the time the keep comes out (I hope). Sure I could just make them up, but it'll be more fun to actually play them out. The last hurrah for my 360 before it gets replaced.

Just wrote down the choices I have made in the playthrough of DA2, just in case.
But I wonder if I haven't done this with some older playthroughs also. Hmm...

Well, seeing as I recently looked through the ingame journal and made a note of every choice I made, I might try my hand at doing something like this myself.
It sounds like a really cool idea. And great work with the design. ![]()

Thanks! Believe it or not that used to be a neon green composition book. If you go the same root, prime the book with white paint first other wise the label and pattern shows through lighter bits. And if you draw the design on paper first you can transfer it and not have to erase mistakes on the paint.
I'm going to have to look at the in game journal on DA2 and see if I want to use those..forgot all about that. ![]()

Yeah, I went into dragon age 2 cc import section and looked at the summaries for my wardens (I'll have to reproduce hawkes entirely from memory) - wrote them down and added any additional notes I could remember. It doesn't get me everything but it decreases the amount of things I make up cause I forgot a detail about playthrough numpteenth.
Am taking notes as I go on my current playthough of DA:O. This one and my very first one are probably the only ones that will be completely accurate ![]()

I didn't realise until recently how many things don't end up in the DA2 journal. I know Athenril's task was dealt with, codex, but did I give her the cash? Lie to her? Kill her? Throw me a bone here!
The DAO journal is a lot better at recording different outcomes, although it falls down on stuff that isn't linked to an actual quest. (What happened with Bella and the tavern? Not a clue. At least I remember that my 'canon' Warden basically ignored her.)

I really don't think there will be a lot of detail with what gets imported to the game, I would think there might be a little depth to a couple of things, but a lot of it I think will be fairly binary.
For me I am pretty sure most of the questions asked by The Keep will give me enough information to create the import pretty close to what I had created in the first two games.

I have been heavily playing dragon age lately to refresh my memory incase you can't use save files to help with world states.
One thing I am glad for is having a good memory haven't had to write things down even if everything is new since got a new computer at the end of last year had to replay everything.
So making world states should be easy for me.

Sometimes it doesn't record things correctly though. Yeah mine says I killed Isolde. While I did do that on my first ever playthrough (only because I didnt question the others) its not what I actually did.

When does this DA keep comes out?
Supposedly at least a month before the game, so hopefully before mid-October.

Yeah, for some reason mine says I went to the circle, when I know I had Jowan do the ritual and sacrifice Isolde.
It also claims I failed the "Of Noble Birth" quest (the one you only get if you were a Dwarf Noble, and had a son) when I played a mage. XD
Reading them should jog your memory, however.

I have heard rumors that little from Awakening will be in Keep. From what I have heard only if you side with the Architect, if Nathaniel is alive and if you defended the Keep or not will be there to chose. I think it's from the leaked photos.'
When it comes to Athenril I have heard that you can chose if she helped you in to Kirkwall or not. But that's all I know.

Keep in mind (um, no pun intended) that the leaked screen shots aren't final. It's possible that they'll add 'what happened to Sigrun?' and 'what happened to Velanna?' some time in the next two months, if they aren't there already.
('What happened to Anders?' and 'what happened to Justice?' seem like fairly pointless questions, since they end up in the same place in DA2 regardless. I doubt they're going to bring up Anders potentially 'dying' during the siege again after it was already addressed once..)

Hmm, idk cause I haven't looked at the leaked photos. If that is the case, though I don't think that it really is cause for too much alarm. From everything I've been reading the devs seem pretty open to adding more choices to the Keep, even if they aren't represented in Inquisition. It could be that they'll add more options from Awakening in time, if they haven't already.
However, that's kind of a good thing for me - I don't have the Awakening disk for my xbox copy anymore. I was going to borrow a copy of it from someone so I could check my journal entries, but if those are the only options I might not have to just yet. ![]()

This sort of thing is probably why we have the Keep in the first place.

That's actually the one minor quest I REALLY want the Keep to have. I have an entire headcannon based around that quest. The Warden's kid and Bhalon's? son by the Dwarf Commoner's sister battle for the throne when Hairomaunt? is getting on in years. Good times.
