Assuming I like this game, 5 keep imports will not be nearly enough. I had a dozen imports ready to go for ME3.
you mean Dragon age 3 right?

k thx keep mean to create a new save so it could be good if i miss something i think at the beginning you could import your save at the end of the da2 and change thing >> thx for the answer
Need a bot that whenever someone asks about save file imports it just says "No." with a link to the faq
I think the best option is to contact the OP and ask them to change the thread title from (Save Game "Importing") to (No Save Importing to the Keep. PERIOD.) Or something to that effect. Probably needs better phrasing. But if it's in the title, I think we'll just be able to say, "Look at the thread title"
I would go with Dragon Age Keep (Recreate Your World State! No Save Importing). Or maybe (Replacing Save Importing Since 2014).I think the best option is to contact the OP and ask them to change the thread title from (Save Game "Importing") to (No Save Importing to the Keep. So last night I had a dream at how cool the Keep will be I hope it lives up to my hype
! LoL Just thought I would share that here seemed nice ahh well , lets get back to answering the same two to three questions over and over ! ![]()
I'm a moron so sorry if this has already been asked.
It's been a while since I've played the DAO save I intend to use as an import. How the **** am I going to remember 300 different decisions? Will there be any way to make this process easier?
Yes, sit back and let varric narrate and then correct the decisions in there. Or go through all the major ones and use the wiki for the minor ones
The Keep will provide context to the decisions, so if you remember your characters' personalities you should be able to guess it even if you don't specifically remember your choice. Worse case scenario, you won't be able to tell you remembered it wrong anyways.I'm a moron so sorry if this has already been asked.

things you will need to know
1. you can't inport your save into the keep you have to remake the save
2. yes you can get the keep on the xboxes and ps3/4 and what ever other console
3.with the keep you can have a world state with a dead Warden and have an orlesan warden take there place
4.5 world states so far
5. add yours here so people don't have to ask the same questions

Not really. The Keep will prompt you for most/all of them, and if you don't remember how you did things, just check the DA wiki. But the Keep will give you all the options. You just have to get back in the the mindset of your character. Remember what they were like, and 'play' the Keep.
You can play 'The Tapestry', which basically just barfs all the decisions in DA:O and DA2 out in little organized folders(complete with art!) for you, and you go through each of them one by one. Or you can play a more interactive slideshowy kind of thing, where you get narration from Varric, complete with some background to make your choices. I'm liking either one, really. When(If?) I get into the keep, I'll play both and see which way I prefer. My guess is that my memory is good enough to just go with the Tapestry.

As someone who has used the keep all i can say is .. don't worry, you will be fine. Its really straightforward and not as overwhelming as it may seem.
The Keep will prompt you, but if you have several playthroughs like a lot of us do you probably won't be able to distinguish every single little choice you made.
You can go into your old saves and check out the journal. It has some of your decisions there (the major ones, like whether or not you destroyed the anvil of the void ... as well as some minor choices) ... but it won't have everything. It helps at least.
This is the Internet...so of course it won't help. We can dream though. Thanks mod/mods for changing the thread title. Hopefully the change will reduce the amount of people posting in here about save game importing.
It does provide something to do though, telling everyone about it.
So question will the keep import our saves? I can't remember..............Just kidding!!!!!!! ![]()
It has been stated that the Keep would scan your linked Origin account and import custom-made Hawkes and Wardens. Could someone explain how this process works? Does it upload the character profiles available on the BSN?
Thanks in advance.
You can import characters on your BSN profile into the Keep. It is not worth going through the effort of doing so if they aren't already uploaded though as the only things carried over are name, gender, class, race, and a jpeg of your character's profile image which is believed to just be used for distinguishing between multiple uploaded characters. Basically it saves you the first 5 selections in your world state for each character..
I have to agree that five world states isn't enough. I've got a character from every origin and a male and female version of most of them.

The Dragon Age wikia says "the Keep will scan the linked account to check for any pre-existing Wardens or Hawkes, but if there aren't any, there will be an option to select from a selection of pre-defined heroes."
The wording is probably wrong, because that reads as if there is not much freedom and customization in choosing previous heroes. Which, essentially, defeats the purpose of the Keep.
this is not neat!
i cannnot remember all my choices!
please allow me to import!
I'm still a little confused about one thing. Does the animated sequence just guess your choices while allowing you to edit them?
