For whatever reason I'm having trouble finding the feedback forum for the Keep. I'm not allowed to post on the one that pulls up. I have a small list of things that may or may not be important moving forward, depending on who you ask. I'm assuming some of them are probably being worked on right now. But I'd still like to know if the Keep devs are aware or not.

yea no.. its not ok to post things about the keep here. 

 

the forum can be accessed by selecting the beta feedback tool and selecting visit the forum. please do not post things specific to the beta of the keep in here as it can lead to you breaking your NDA

It took 24 hours or so before I could get into the Beta forum. 

 

If you are having a hard time finding it, just click up top to go to the main 'bioware forum' page and you'll see it at the bottom of the DAI section. There are really great threads in there that will show you how to access, use, and provide feedback for the Keep.  If you can't get it in right away, I'd just give it some time to catch up. 

 

@what,on - I REALLY don't recommend asking questions about specifics of the Keep, etc.  Shoot Fernando a message if you're having issues - he's the Dev that posted the NDA that you signed.  Just click his username and you can send him a message.  It's always better to not post something that might be taboo.

Thanks. I'm a quick learner and figured the Keep out pretty quickly. I sent them like five feedback suggestions this morning. LOL. I just wanted to check if they weren't redundant before I did it. Too late for that though.

 

I probably did the same thing lol - there is a thread in there for 'known issues' that you can check your feedback against once you're able to access it.

I thought it was in about 24 hrs from then before they start the next lot (unfortunately )

For Keepers (those who already have full access to Keep), but not able to see the beta test forum:

 

We'll update the info in the Lobby forum to help troubleshoot this.  But try logging out of both Keep & these forums, and then back in. 

Edit: Also try clearing your cache or using an incognito window to log back in.

 

In the meantime, please do not post on here - have fun on Keep, send feedback using the 'send feedback' button on Keep, and any other issues just hold tight (or if really serious, DM me).
