You got in but you do still need to wait before you are actually able to use the Keep. The tweet feed of Dragon Age Keep tells you when you will get in. So they will say something like "anyone who signed the NDA on October the 13th can now use the Keep".

Yes. You'll be given Keep access within a few days.

You can't access the beta forums until you're given access to the Keep - a few days after signing the NDA.

The only thing it is not possible for the moment is the fact that in DAO,you make a deal with Morrigan and you kill the dragon but survives.

Uh, I signed NDA at 11 October and I'm still not in. How long will I have to wait? It's Tuesday already, isn't it? Because it's evening in my time zone.

I signed up for the beta and still haven't gotten an invite. I tweeted them, so hopefully I get a reply.

Guess they'll be sending out more invites.

If you trie to resend it you would get a thanks for applying message right away. But now that they aren't taking new apps I don't know if that would work.
