I've been trying to log in and it keeps saying.

Yeah, I have the same problem with firefox but the keep seems to work fine with Chrome. Don't know why. Perhaps the add-ons I have installed on firefox are causing the problem? Even with Chrome, when I log in I get the "Sorry, something went wrong" page but after that, the connection works.

Working now, cleared cache, and then had to refresh page a few times.

I just signed the NDA on Monday (yesterday) and according to the Keep's twitter I should be able to get in now. When I go to sign in it lets me sign in and says that I'm signed in (gives me the option to logout) but it just kind of sits on the main page and doesn't actually take me into the Keep, what gives? I've tried clearing my cache, logging in and out AND browsing in incognito mode...What else should I try?

Option 1: Using a different browser(Chrome, Firefox, IE, Opera.  If you used one of those the first time, use a different one).  Also, ensure your browser is up to date...

Option 2: Using a different computer/device.

Alright, I'll try that, thanks. I've been using Firefox, I'll try using Chrome or something and see if that works. EDIT: I tried Chrome and it still isn't working. Also tried signing on from a different computer and that didn't work either...

Anyway all I can say is that they say tosend an email to onlinecommunity @ bioware.com (without the space) and tell them the problem

Oh? I didn't thought about that, indeed my firefox browser was not up to date (well not that much). Still, I don't think that was the problem, I mean, I didn't realise that before but now I can log into the Keep with Firefox. For that, when I bump on the "Sorry blabla" page, instead of refreshing the page (F5), I simply go to another site (ex : yahoo) then come back and the connection works. Is it possible that the problem comes from flash player? Cause I did change some configuration options in my flash player, so, I don't know.

No, because there is no importing of saves. If you're just trying to sync your character, syncing is down.

Yea the keep is entirely HTMl5 (that's why it works on mobile browsers and safari).

It had to be in HTML5 this day and age. I guess we'll eventually see an app for mobile use.

No app. That's when things get complicated. Then you have to push updates and test it for all devices and so on.

 

The keep looks good on mobile.

No problem. They should add a button for full screen mode. More real estate matters on mobile.

That's browser limits. Due to the HTML5 responsiveness the webpage for the keep will automatically re-size to the available resoloution.

Hi I applied for the beta probably when it first opened up and I never got an invite, is this normal?  All my friends snagged one I seem to be the only one left out D:
