What about you guys? How would both you and your Warden/Hawke feel if the Inquisitor started to make moves on their significant others?

I'm apt to do many things with the story that some players might not like, but putting their PC in a situation where they're forced into cognitive dissonance-- such as having them romance someone who, in their timeline, is supposed to be connected to a previous PC... no, even I have my limits. ;)

But what with previous li and other characters not everyone stay together people move forward warden have own life and went his own road and they li also for example it wouldn't be so unlikely leliana ends with divine they fit to each other (at least had that impression) and spend a lot time together when she says that she wasn't in ferelden for a long time (if I remember correctly).Same for isabela she isn't housewife only independent woman i could see that hawke and her break up. Is something wrong with for example morrigan trying to sleep with pc to achieve her goal?

I'm not sure if the whole concept sounds ridiculous, or ridiculously intriguing.

So, my Warden romanced Alistair, say. Then my Inquisitor romances Alistair. OK. I'm going to have to go with, "that would be awesome." :P Particularly if it were drunk Alistair.

I'd be like, "Hey Alistair, get into my pants." "Oh, man he'd better not do it." "Come on, Alistair, what are you waiting for?" "If he does this, I'm out of here."

(I can't think of many examples of infidelity in games. Why the hell not play both cheater and cheated on? :P)

"What do you mean you're dumping me because you love another woman?" "Aw." "Aren't I as good as she is?" "He's so great." "But, meeeee."

(My brain hurts.)

Well no one would be forcing the player to pursue a romance with a formerly romanced LI, that would be entirely optional...and fascinating. :innocent:

You have a confused definition of cheating.

That would be hilarious. The whole game you flirt with them and they reciprocate and when you think it's in, they respond "LOL. Are you kidding? I'm with the Warden biatch."

The Warden can sleep with Isabela in Origins, and if he was an Amell, his cousin Hawke can have an actual romance with her. ^_^

Well with most BioWare love interests you have a choice of innocent virgin or loose as can be, has already slept with 300 poeople so far. Would be toiugh to be too jealous of the likes of Isabella or zevran.

I kind of like the chance to screw over my past self, i kind of did it to some of my wardens in DA2 - for one i bet my dalish elf would be pretty pissed that i killed off his entire clan. Should this extend to LI... why not! It would be your choice anyway. Warden has been missing for 10 years, its ok to move on.

Not really, part of those romances is about them finding the "one", well Isabella's at least - not sure about Zev's.
It doesn't really matter how many have come before them.

When you run into Zev in DA2 you have the chance to give your opinion on whether it's okay for Isabella to sleep with him or not, or to have a threesome - and I believe that if you object to her sleeping with Zevran that she actually doesn't do it out of respect for Hawke.
I can't say for sure since my Hawke that romanced her went for the threesome with Zev. :P

... That got me thinking about how I would actually feel if Leliana was romancable despite already being in a realationship with my Warden...

Leliana is a digital character created with polygons. All of Leliana's responses are artificially created; therefore, the character cannot physically feel love, pain, and sadness. You will never-ever be able to physically touch, smell, or taste Leliana. Creating romantic attachments with a lifeless cartoon is unhealty.

I don't think they went missing for 10 years, unless you had them die at the end of DAO.
When Leliana reveals that the Warden is missing she doesn't mention whether they vanished recently or some time ago.

It also sliped my mind that she also mentions in the Sebastian DLC that the warden is dear to her heart and there is no mention of him being missing... which obviously implys he wasnt missing as of what i think was act 2. So yea, i stand corrected.

It isn't cheating if it's an elf. ~_^

Seriously though, eh. I have no strong opinion on the subject either way. It's been ten years, relationships break apart sometimes. It happens.

I swear, people suggest some really dumb s**t on this board. Not that it doesn't happen elsewhere, but man, it's bad here.

When people cannot separate the physical world from digital world, I think its a sign that they need to seek professional help. Liliana cannot use actual lungs to breath real oxygen.

MoogleCoat used the phrase 'how I would actually feel', and then he used it to talk about having a relationship with polygons. Its weird.

Of course if they did this they'd need to answer the key question of who was better in bed. I wonder how that formula would go. I wonder what that achievement would be called.

... What does this have to do with what I said?

Also, it's called role-playing. The "RP" in RPG.
