I don't think this is actually true during the 2.5 second cloak window....maybe over time because the TGIs rank six bonus lasts ten seconds but I don't think so.

GI is the best because he is the most powerful and most versatile kit. If you don't define what exactly you're looking for at #2, everybody is going to use his personal preference. You could've just asked "what's your favorite kit, BSN?" to have the same result.

Best isn't subjective. This is a game about killing things. The best kits kill things more quickly than the other kits.

There's various factors that play into a kits ability to put out a lot of damage continuously: DPS, crowd control, speed, situational awareness, survivability.

Juggernaut only excels at one of those things.

I've done a lot of testing since I started trying the GI lately and optimizing him is a very dependent and consumables and difficulty. Using your exact build the Talon gives the best results. Slow the RoF in Hunter Mode or switch from AP IV to Drill or AP III and the Hurricane starts to do better. There's less room for error with the Talon but it gives the most optimum results.

But it's still a thinly veiled "what's your favorite kit, BSN?" topic with the GI taken out of the equation. That's why it's so funny. Embrace the subjectivity, it will enlighten you, lightswitch.

It would be a very vage question if the answer would be obvious and you have just to read a little bit to figure out it isn't.

Each of those has a high damage output as well as survivability, or can use it's survivability to increase damage output. I don't really see a problem with it.

i would agree with this, proabbly. the talon Gi is less forgiving for mistakes. Hurricane is more "easy mode". I use the Hurricane with barrage V and a stability consumable too, so the weapon is rock stable, so headshots are a breeze. You dont need a cyclonic with this setup. Enemies die so fast they cannot even shoot you.

All classes above GI you've listed deal considerably less damage but require no brain to deal what little they can and still be unkillable.
