Yeah well, I've seen hundred page threads around the internet on the subject. If these were nations arguing and not barely literate hamplanets and hambeasts, we'd be in the throes of World War IX by now. So you'll forgive me I hope.

- there will be decent looking hair styles available for the PC.
- there will be little arrows on either side of all the sliders in character creation.
- the PC will not have cauliflower ears.
- finding a rusty spoon and a bag of pebbles will be the start of a beautiful trap and not just a random junk drop.
- NPCs taken down in prior games stay down.
- if being a bloodmage is possible that I do not have to watch my character impale themself on their staff to cast a spell; I preferred the wrist thing in DAO.

I think this is confirmed, yes. I seem to remember reading something about certain quests only being available at night, and so on.

By looking I wanted to assume... But as in another thread (The hype thread) I pointed out I really don't like to start having infered expectations based on what seems most sensible to me. The pessimist in me wanted to take the safe road and say the Weather and Night-Day differences were the result of just a static level variable.
I guess a better way to put would be... Hell, I don't even know if "Real Time" is the right term... Real time (condensed scale) Day-Night cycle and dynamic wheather patterns. These two effects add considerable validity to a game world... Shorthand scripted weather or time of day just don't work once you've been exposed to the alternative. Painfully transparent I'd call it.

Basically speaking I want to feel like I am in total control of how my character is interacting with the npcs in general.
