How likely are you to buy DAI based upon the information we have right now ?First Day Buy ?After reviews by Metacritic, IGN, other big reviewers and Gaming Magazine ?After reviews by people such as Angry Joe, Raychul, player reviews on Gamefaqs and by other internet and amateur reviewers ?Will you wait until it hits the bargain ?Or will you not buy it at all ?
I'm a whole lot less likely to buy it now after the GI cutting back on romances revelation. I like romances.Ordinarily I would have read about it on Gamefaqs, maybe watch an Angry Joe or Raychul review before I would consider buying it.If the romances are cut back so far they seem tepid and inconsequential, then I won't buy the game.Discuss if you want.

It depends upon what my friends say. If they like it, then likely yes. If they do not, then it would depend upon why they didn't like it. For example, if the word is it has too much romance and is entirely too Austenesque, then that's actually a huge selling point.

There's no need to preorder a game. The people at gamestop will sell you copies if the person who preordered it hasn't arrived. I do this all the time. And with 4 game stores around my area I can just up and buy it without complication.

It definitely won't be a pre order or day one buy.

It's either going to have to receive a good reception broadly or be recommended by a friend(s). If not I probably won't buy it at all, discount or otherwise.

About the only thing that would stop me is if I qualified for a beta test and either it turned out to be horrible (and that would be a surprise) or my computer was too weak.

Renting, just like I do with all other games I play.

Then, if it has a decent amount of replay (I'm still playing it or wanting to play it a month after I start), then I'll buy a used copy for cheap, just like with all other games I buy now.

Seems to have worked out so far, so I don't see why one would stop a good thing.
